Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 introduced in the Italian legal system the administrative liability of companies for certain offenses that might be committed, in the interest or to the benefit of the entity, by individuals functionally connected to them.
S.A.I.E.E. s.r.l. promotes a corporate culture based on principles of responsibility, fairness, integrity, and transparency in the conduct of its activities, requiring similar ethical and behavioral standards from all individuals who have contractual relationships with the company.
In this context, on a voluntary basis and by means of a significant financial and human commitment, S.A.I.E.E. s.r.l. has adopted an Organization, Management, and Control Model (MOG), aimed at preventing the perpetrating of crimes pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
The adoption of the Model requires compliance with its provisions by all internal and external recipients, including Directors, Auditors, employees, customers, suppliers, partners, and collaborators who operate in various capacities in the Company’s interest.
Respect for social, environmental, and ethical principles towards all stakeholders is at the heart of the corporate strategies of S.A.I.E.E. s.r.l. Health and safety in the workplace have particular importance among the Company’s core corporate values.
This is why the Company has adopted a Code of Ethics, which requires all recipients to comply with the principles and rules of conduct contained therein, and a Disciplinary System, aimed at detecting and sanctioning any violations of the M.O.G. or said Code.
The effectiveness and implementation of the Organizational and Management Model are guaranteed by the appointment of an external, independent, single-member Supervisory Body with autonomous powers of initiative, supervision, and control.
In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 and the Guidelines issued by ANAC, S.A.I.E.E. s.r.l. has updated its internal reporting system. A Whistleblowing Procedure has been adopted, which governs the procedures for reporting any violations of the Code of Ethics, the Model, as well as any Italian and European laws.
The triple-envelope method has been chosen as the reporting channel, entrusting the management of reports to the single-member Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza, O.d.V.), which guarantees the confidentiality of the information and the anonymity of the reporting party, to the extent permitted by law.
The envelope must be sent by ordinary mail (priority 1) to the O.d.V.’s Law Firm: Via Diaz n. 3, Gorizia, 34170, with the wording “Riservata O.d.V.”.
